Over 8 thousand babies have been born in Krasnodar since the start of the year

Improvement of the effectiveness of Kuban healthcare system performance was the main topic of regional teleconference conducted today by Kuban Vice-Governor Galina Zolina. Also statistics of birth and death rates in Region for the current year was discussed. Head of Krasnodar Vladimir Evlanov took part in the conference session.

— In recent years healthcare system of Krasnodar is actively developing. I’m confirmed that Krasnodar medical facilities have the potential and reserves to build up their work most accurately in order to meet the highest standards. This is also referred to skilled heads and competent medical personnel. Today high responsibility, proper organization and desire to work are required from you. In this case we’ll be able to say about qualitative and effective medicine, — Vladimir Evlanov stated.

The session was carried out in the format of teleconference. It was participated by healthcare Minister of Krasnodar Region Evgeny Fillipov, chief of the department of contract system regulation of Krasnodar Region Alexander Adas’ko, chief doctors of regional medical institutions, representatives of Krasnodar Region territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance, heads and deputy heads of cities and regional districts. Video communication liaised administrations of municipal formations with each other.

Deputy Head of Krasnodar Natalia Makhanko, chief of municipal healthcare department Angelina Lutsenko, chief doctors of Kuban capital medical institutions were also present in conference hall of administration of Krasnodar.

The main indicators of economic activity of a range of municipal and regional medical institutions – wage-and-salary disbursements, communal public services, catering were considered during the work of session. At that chiefs of hospitals and polyclinics were ordered to enhance efficiency of their organizations’ work, coordinate the activity of staff more flexibly and plan finances.

Demographical situation for the period of 6 months of 2014 were also discussed. Krasnodar is remarked as the city with birth rate indicator higher than average around the Region. According to municipal healthcare department, over 8100 babies have been born in Kuban capital for the first half-year.
