Over the time of Vladimir Evlanov’s leadership in Krasnodar, own revenue of municipal budget has grown from 4,5 to 14,8 billion roubles; average wage from 6,8 to 35,5 thousand roubles.
— In point of fact capital of Krasnodar Region is experiencing its second birth. Krasnodar citizens see your efforts towards the city development; appreciate your private attentiveness to pressing problems and close interaction with the public; openness and willingness to engage in a dialogue. And this, I’m convinced, is the main assessment of performance of any municipality Head, — Alexander Tkachev remarked in his greetings telegram to Krasnodar Head.
Also Governor of Krasnodar Region expressed his gratitude for the way in which the city and Region, over all these years, have worked in the same direction in all key aspects concerning the city urban land improvement and its development. The results of that joint work are already more than evident – Krasnodar is recognized to be one of the most comfortable cities of Russia. Regional center is permanently widening – new microdistricts, industrial parks, modern high-speed motorways, road junctions, sports and shopping and entertainment centers are being created.
Over 10 years official population of Krasnodar has grown by more than 120 thousand people and today it numbers 904,2 thousand people.
Krasnodar has become one of the leaders of Russia in volume of housing construction — if 534,3 thousand sq.m. of housing were commissioned in 2004, then in 2013 this figure is 1 million 302 thousand sq.m.
For 10 years retail turnover has changed from 66,5 to 355,2 billion roubles, volume of shipped goods of own production and fulfilled works and services in industry has also increased by several times — from 65 billion to 277,2 billion roubles.
According to estimates by experts, in this period of time Krasnodar has made a qualitative leap from provincial city to strong and economically successful metropolis which is being recognized as one of the best cities for living and business making. For the recent years Krasnodar takes leading positions in Southern Federal District for most indicators of social and economic development (from all 31 indicators Krasnodar ranks 1st in 13-15 indicators).
8 primary and secondary schools with annexes to them have been constructed in Krasnodar in the course of 10 years of Vladimir Evlanov’s leadership.
