The second stage of the city competition “Best specialist of Krasnodar in hotel and tourism sector” ended. The competition involves three categories – “Best tourist manager”, “Best receptionist” and “Best guide”.
— All the participants, contenders to the title “Best tourist manager” and “Best receptionist”, successfully passed the final check “ghost visitor” and “ghost tourist”. Managers of tourist companies and receptionists presented their firms, specified prospective development plans in the sphere of domestic tourism. In the competition the city guides presented their personally developed excursion tours, — one in the department of economic development, investments and external affairs of the city administration said.
By the number of points obtained the best tourist manager is declared to be Alexandra Klishina, manager of tourist company “L-KIM”. Testing of contenders to the title “Best guide of Krasnodar” has allowed defining the best one in the profession. In 2015 the best one is Larisa Tolstolutskaya — guide of the tourist company “LA-TOUR” LLC.
According to the competition’s final results the first place in the category “Best receptionist” was unconditionally given to receptionist of hotel complex “Hilton Garden Inn” Oleg Klimenko.
