Today in Moscow in the Russian Government Reception House there was the ceremony of bestowal of winners of All-Russian competition. The Russian government vice-Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak handed Head of Krasnodar the first place certificate.
As it has been already reported according to the results of All-Russian competition carried out by the Ministry of Construction Krasnodar was declared the most well-furnished city in Russia within the category of capital cities of the RF constituent entities. Ulyanovsk and Barnaul divided the second position, Kaluga and Tula — the third place. According to the Russian Federation government the competition is aimed at stimulation of local government bodies’ activity in the area of housing and utilities and beautification of urban territories.
