Within 9 months of this year Krasnodar administration has received almost 30 thousand written applications

Today in Krasnodar City Hall in the course of operation meeting chaired by Vladimir Evlanov the work on citizens’ complaints, requests and petitions was analyzed.

— Every application of Krasnodar citizens must be under the special control of our departments, every complaint must be paid special attention. All the questions have to be solved systematically and on a scheduled basis including through the program of electoral mandates execution by deputies of Krasnodar City Duma. Basic parameters of the program now are being formed together with new deputy corps, administrations of urban districts and departments of Krasnodar City administration, — Vladimir Evlanov said.

According to Chief of administrative department of Krasnodar City administration Victor Kudinov 29 248 written applications of citizens have been submitted in municipal administration. The indicator is by 7 793 applications more than for the corresponding period the previous year. Most of applications referred to issues of housing and public utility sector, architecture and city construction as well as social sphere.

Head of the city and his Deputies have individually received 440 citizens.

Over 10 620 applications of Krasnodar residents have been transferred from Krasnodar Region administration to municipal services.

One of them referred to violations committed by developer OJSC “Nover” with the construction of several 17-storey houses of residential estate “Valentina” in Prikubanskiy urban district. This is about defects made in the construction of storm drainage, roof, some of balconies, central heat supply station, failure of land improvements of adjacent territories.

At the present time under the control of municipal services the developer undertakes corrective activities. By the 15th October heating system and hot water have been brought to the buildings, some of shortcomings rectified.  The work on this direction is being continued.

— All the developers which are occupied with the erection of residential houses in Krasnodar must do it in a good quality and respect the scheduled time in order people could move in their own comfortable apartments and not suffer from arrears of housing. The services representing Krasnodar administration have to accompany construction projects and keep a check on technological processes. Only upon execution of all obligations developers will be permitted to place houses in commission. When this happens buyers will not receive “semi-products”, — Vladimir Evlanov underlined.
