Today Evgeny Pervyshov who had held office as Deputy Head of Krasnodar until November 2015, became the first one filing documents to the contest committee to take part in the contest for the post of Head of Krasnodar.
The documents package was verified and accepted by the contest committee members Deputy Head of Krasnodar Sergey Vasin and Chief of the department of human recourses and municipal service of Krasnodar administration Oleg Zubritskiy.
Evgeny Pervyshov graduated from Kuban State University of Technology with a degree in heat-and-power engineering. In 2011 graduating from North-Caucasian branch of Russian Academy of Justice in Krasnodar he got his second higher degree in law.
In 1993 he began his work in Sedin plant. From 1994 to 1996 he did military service in the ranks of the Russian army.
In 2009-2012 he headed municipal unitary enterprise “Intitute Gorkadastrproject”.
He was elected a deputy of the fourth and fifth Krasnodar City Duma. From 27 February 2012 he held office as Deputy Chief of the department of municipal control. Since April 2012 he headed the department.
On 31 January 2013 he was appointed to the post of Head of Prikubanskiy urban district administration. Since September that year Evgeny Pervyshov took office as Deputy Head of Krasnodar responsible for communal services, fuel and energy sector and housing issues.
In November 2015 he was invited to work in Moscow as Deputy Director of the department of permitting activities and control – chief of the section of permitting activities.
According to information posted on the official website of Krasnodar Region administration, earlier today Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev met personally with Evgeny Pervyshov and offered him to file documents to participate in the contest for post of Head of Krasnodar.
The contest start was declared during the session of Krasnodar City Duma on 6 October. The submission of documents from candidates is held since 17 October and will terminate on 18 November.
The contest itself will be held on 6 December. Following the results of contest, the committee will present to deputies of Krasnodar City Duma at least two candidates for the position of Head of Krasnodar. Final decision will be taken in the course of City Duma session held first after the contest completion.
