On the first day of work of International Investment Forum “Sochi-2015” Krasnodar’s stand was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Government and Governor of Kuban. They particularly examined the model of developing residential estate “Europea” of low-, mid-, and high-rise buildings.
As in previous years an exposition of Krasnodar occupying the largest part of Krasnodar Region pavilion attracted attention of representative guests and the Forum participants. While seeing the exhibition area Dmitry Kozak and Veniamin Kondratiev examined a range of models of big investment projects, including – “Europea” residential estate.
The president of “Europea” Rizvan Isaev presented the guests the specific features of the estate. At the model of residential estate he showed already constructed districts and those which are going to be constructed, the location of infrastructure facilities and technopark where new jobs for “Europea” residents will be created.
Dmitry Kozak and Veniamin Kondratiev highly praised the project and along with that noted that it needs even more investments to create most comfortable environment and all necessary infrastructures for future residents.
Also throughout the day Krasnodar’s stand was examined by Krasnodar Region Minister of Economy Igor Galas and Krasnodar Region Chief Architect Yuri Rysin.
