Dmitriy S.Logvinenko was born on January 15, 1977 in Krasnodar.
From 1995 to 1997 — served in the Russian Army.
2001 — graduated from the K.v. Rossinsky Institute of International Law, Economics, Humanities and Management with a degree in Jurisprudence.
Before entering the municipal service held managerial positions in CJSC PKF «Kubanvtormet», LLC PKF «Yug-3», municipal enterprise «Energoservice» of the city of Krasnodar.
July 2004 — worked in the city administration of Krasnodar
Started his career as a leading specialist in the department of technical re-equipment of enterprises and introduction of advanced technologies, chief specialist in the department of industry and transport of the department of industry and transport of the city administration of Krasnodar.
