Today Vladimir Evlanov said about it during the session of Board of directors which was held in municipal concert hall. Head of the city explained aims and tasks that are to be financed.
— Large infrastructure projects will be realized in this year with the support of regional authorities and Kuban Governor Alexander Tkachev himself. We have tremendous tasks in sphere of road overhauling and construction. The past year we have renewed public transport vehicle fleet by one third. This year we continue accomplishing the mission — it is to renew public transport by 100% and make it more comfortable for passengers, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
Capital repair of traffic arteries, continuation of construction of a road along Vostochno-Kruglikovskaya Street and start of construction of two underground crosswalks — at Krasnykh Partizan Street (within area of 2nd regional clinical hospital) and Stavropolskaya Street (within area of Vishnyakovskiy market) will be conducted using the funds of the program “Capital city image to Krasnodar” and regional road fund.
This year we plan to commence the construction of multi-level road junction at intersection of Starokubanskaya and Stavropolskaya Streets as well as finish designing works and get a conclusion of expert examination of new Yablonovskiy Bridge. After getting this conclusion we will solve the question of start of the construction works.
— In the closest time transport and navigation centre will start functioning in Krasnodar. According to our plans until the end of 2014 we are going to install monitoring cameras in salons of passenger transport including “private” shuttle buses that will raise the level of safety in public transport of Krasnodar, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
The work on creation of new public transport lanes of overall length 45 kilometers along Mira, Machugi and Severnaya Streets will be continued.
In the beginning of the year we resumed the work on creation of a system of municipal paid parkings within the territory of Krasnodar. The largest for the moment municipal paid parking with a capacity of 126 parking stalls at Privokzalnaya square of “Krasnodar-1” station started to work in May.
— When creating the system of such parkings we have used an experience of Moscow. We attracted Moscow companies that use modern technologies and best practices.
I have ordered to create at least 3000 parking stalls within such municipal paid parkings till the end of this year, another 8000 parking stalls in the following years. At that, all of these parkings will be situated in the central part of the city where they are mostly needed now, — city’s Head said.
Besides of that municipal authorities submitted applications to regional structures for participation in regional programs: “The development of preschool, general and extended education of children” (construction of 7 additions to kindergartens) and “The development of social infrastructure of municipal significance” (construction of new kindergartens in suburban townships, hamlets and villages). As a result new 14 preschool institutions will appear in the city.
A part of funding of the program “Capital city image to Krasnodar” is supposed to be directed for reconstruction of People’s Friendship garden square, completion of the last stage of boulevard reconstruction along Krasnaya Street (in the section from Gavrilova Street to “Avrora” cinema), continuation of construction of school in Lenin hamlet and completion of construction of a catch basin along Rossijskaya Street and other problems solving.
It is to be recalled that today the city Head reported about social and economic development of Krasnodar for the first quarter of 2014 during 55th session of Board of directors.
