Economic results of the capital of Kuban in the first quarter of 2015 have been summed up in the course of today’s 59th session of Board of Directors. Vladimir Evlanov presented report of the results of first three months of this year.
— Today we summarize social and economic achievements of Krasnodar in the first quarter of the year. In period January-March there was a positive dynamics almost in all branches. In February we have enacted plan of activities to ensure sustainable economic growth and social stability for 2015. This set of measures will help to prevent slowdown in economy and reach indicators allowed in economic prognosis and indicative work plan for 2015, — Vladimir Evlanov said when opening the session.
The 59th session of Board of Directors was held in municipal concert hall. The event was attended by Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko, Deputy Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev, Heads of urban districts administrations, chief executives of Krasnodar enterprises, establishments and organizations.
Presenting his report Vladimir Evlanov elaborated on situation in industry, agriculture, construction, social sphere, issues of improving the living environment in the city. He also thanked representatives of business for participation in organising and holding festive events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory and targeted aid to veterans.
As it was stated the volume of produced goods by large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the first quarter of 2015 has risen by 17% in comparison with the same period of the past year and amounted to almost 61 billion roubles.
Large and medium-sized enterprises of processing industry have made goods and rendered services to the amount of 40,2 billion roubles (growth — over 30%), companies occupied in the production and distribution of electricity, gas and water — 20,3 billion roubles that is not significantly different from the amount seized in 2014.
Companies occupied in extraction of minerals produced works to the amount of 222 million roubles that is by 7 percent more than the indicator in the past year.
There is a range of ongoing investment projects aimed at the promotion of import submission and technological development. Particularly, OJSC “Kuban gifts” organize a new complex of storage premises and production areas in the vicinity of Lenina hamlet. It is designed for 40 tons of vegetables and fruits. This will become one of the biggest logistic centers of Krasnodar for storing and preselling preparation of vegetables and fruits.
Economic entities of the city are going to invest nearly 3 billion roubles into technical re-equipping and reconstruction of industrial enterprises. In the first quarter of this year six local enterprises have already invested nearly 600 million roubles.
During the reporting period large and medium farms of agricultural sector have output to the amount of 754 million roubles exceeding by more than 12 percent the same period of the last year.
The average monthly wage of rural workers exceeded 24 thousand roubles.
1740 tons vegetables, over 3 thousand tons meat and milk, over 1,5 million hen eggs have been produced in Krasnodar in January-March 2015.
