Vladimir Evlanov: Krasnodar maintains the positive dynamics in the majority of macroeconomic indices

The results of the development of various branches of Kuban capital economy for 9 months 2015 were summed up at the 61st session of Board of Directors on a voluntary basis. Vladimir Evlanov presented the results of work in period January-September 2015.

— Today we sum up the results of social and economic development of Krasnodar for 9 months of this year. Despite difficult economic situation in the country in whole, the capital of Kuban maintains the positive dynamics in the majority of macroeconomic indices. It is important that Krasnodar’s industrial sector has good opportunities and prospects for the manufacturing of products to replace imported ones, — Vladimir Evlanov said while opening the session.

The 61st session of Board of Directors took place in municipal concert hall. It was participated by Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko, Deputy Head of Krasnodar and Director of the department of finances Alexander Mikheev, Heads of urban districts administrations, representatives of labour unions, chiefs of enterprises, organizations and institutions of Krasnodar.

In the report Vladimir Evlanov summed up the results of social and economic development of the capital of Kuban from the beginning of this year, told about the situation in industry, agroindustrial sector, construction and social sphere. He also referred to the execution of revenues part of the municipal budget, forthcoming correction of the General plan of Krasnodar, work on urban land beautification and comprehensive greening of the capital of Kuban.

According to the information provided by Head of Krasnodar, the volume of dispatched goods by large and medium industrial enterprises has grown almost by 11 billion roubles or 6,5% in comparison with the same period of past year. At that the greatest growth in volumes was remarked in enterprises involved in processing industries — by 7%.

Vladimir Evlanov said that organizations and enterprises of Krasnodar continue the process of retooling and modernization. For this purpose in 2015 it is suggested to allocate nearly 3 billion roubles, that is by 20 percent more than in 2014.

When talking about import-substituting production Krasnodar Head marked such enterprises as “Saturn” factory, “Compressor plant KOSMA”, “Kompius”, “Kuban-roentgen MT” and some others.

— An important event not only in city scale but also in regional became the opening of the second stage of agricultural machinery plant “CLAAS”.  Presently the plant has almost complete production cycle. Many of parts which were earlier delivered from abroad now will be produced in Krasnodar. Volume of investments in the project amounted to nearly 120 million euros or 7 billion roubles, — Head of Krasnodar said.

It is to be recalled that the opening of the second stage of agricultural machinery plant “CLAAS” occurred in October. The ceremonial event was participated by Vladimir Evlanov.
