Krasnodar streamlines the work on cleaning the city and collecting solid household wastes

This was stated today by Krasnodar Head Evgeny Pervyshov in his report on executing orders of Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev.

— In the end of the past year there were some complaints regarding sanitary situation, gritting and salting services in the city. Now we are putting order, optimizing the performance of “Waste Management Company” and paying off the debts to contracting organizations for the period 2015-2016. We are going to introduce a new form of solid household waste collection, — Evgeny Pervyshov said.

The discussion, which was held through videoconference, was participated by Vice-Governors, Chiefs of relevant Ministries and departments, Heads of municipalities and districts of the region.

— All the orders, which are under control, have been made on the basis of complaints and requests from citizens of the region, so it is important that all municipalities execute them quickly and in a quality manner, — Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev emphasized.

Evgeny Pervyshov reported to Kuban Governor that the city alters the procedure of collection and transportation of solid household wastes. Earlier legal entities drew up waste disposal contracts according to which wastes were collected on a declarative basis. Along with that at year-end the budget of Krasnodar additionally paid nearly 650 mln roubles in favor of “Waste Management Company”.
