More than 1 million square meters of apartment houses and nearly 300 thousand square meters of private households have been constructed in regional center within 9 months 2014. This and other achievements of social and economic development of Krasnodar were reported by Vladimir Evlanov during today’s 57th session of Board of Directors on a voluntary basis.
— Results of 9 months 2014 show positive trend in major branches of the city economy. Volume of commissioned housing is more than 1 mln sq.m. and exceeds the level of last year. Commissioning of residential houses has risen by 44,6% compared with the same period of last year. We consider that the growth of major economic indicators will be more significant by the end of the year, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
The city Head remarked that volume of works performed in construction sphere by large and medium-sized enterprises is 21,4 billion roubles.
Also Vladimir Evlanov elaborated further on the construction of roads and big projects in the area of road infrastructure which are to be implemented in the coming years.
— We come to the construction of roads comprehensively — along with replacement of asphalt-concrete surfacing, we mount fences, repair storm-collector system, pavements, lighting system and carry out greening works, — Krasnodar’s Head emphasized.
22 kilometers of roads will have been repaired in Krasnodar by the end of 2014 and 26 kilometers of the city streets will be comprehensively repaired in the next year.
In particular, Golovatogo and Novo-Kuznechnaya streets are planned to be paved. These streets are to become relief roads of Severnaya Street allowing to distribute transport load in the central part of the city. The general overhaul of Turgeneva Street involves replacement of road surface and side-paths, execution of greening works. The reconstruction of Uralskaya, Novorossiyskaya and Kubanonaberezhnaya streets will be continued.
Besides of that, the construction of new modern highway at Vostochno-Kruglikovskaya Street and work on transport junction from the direction of Elizavetinskaya village will have been completed by the end 2015.
It is to be recalled that economic results for 9 months 2014 were reviewed during today’s 57th session of the city Head’s Board of Directors on a voluntary basis. Vladimir Evlanov gave a report about development of real economy and social sphere in the city.
