During today’s 57th session of the city Head’s Board of Director on a voluntary basis Vladimir Evlanov told about results achieved in various economy branches of Kuban capital for 9 months of this year, municipal budget and plans for the short-term.
— Within regional center a positive trend of social and economic development is maintained for most macroeconomic indicators: manufacturing output, paid services to the population, agricultural production, retailment and public catering turnover, transport and communication services. When speaking about preliminary economic results of the year it must be said that it is difficult time. However, we have an underlying economic strength gained in recent years. Our economy is diversified and there are a great many of small and medium-sized enterprises which demonstrate the flexibility in difficult circumstances. So I’m sure that we have enough economic strength to continue implementation of all our commitments in the area of the city development, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
The 57th session of Board of Directors took place in municipal concert hall. It was participated by Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko, first Deputy Head of Krasnodar Mikhail Frolov, Heads of administrations of urban districts, institutions and organizations.
Vladimir Evlanov gave a report on economic results for 9 months of this year. The city Head elaborated further on the development results in the real economy, achievements in social sphere, process of work on creation of single architectural look in Kuban capital.
As it was mentioned, volume of shipped products of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises has grown by more than 20,5 billion roubles or 13,5% compared to the same period of last year. Totally large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have shipped products and performed services to the value of more than 116,5 billion roubles (19% growth). The indicator has grown by 3% in enterprises which produce and distribute electrical power, gas and water — volume of goods and services in this sector made more than 54,6 billion roubles.
Sphere of agriculture demonstrates significant progress. Totally 81,4 thousand tons of grain were harvested with an average yield 61,1 hundreds kilograms per hectare. Growth is more than 15%.
In particular, 7,6 tons of sunflower seeds were harvested with an average yield more than 23 hundreds kilograms per hectare. Vegetables — 25 thousand tons that is almost by one-quarter higher than the last year indicator, fruits and berries — 20 thousand tons.
Consumer’s market continues to demonstrate high growth for the first nine months 2014. Retailment turnover has increased by 5% in comparable prices; public catering turnover has increased by 1,4 times. Volume of paid services has increased by 4,4 billion roubles or 3% in comparable prices and exceeded 47 billion roubles.
Volume of services performed by large and medium-sized enterprises of transport complex is 103 billion roubles that is in 1,6 times higher than the last year indicator in current prices. Volume of communication services has reached 28,4 billion roubles, growth rate is over 8% in comparison with the same period of last year.
