Head of Krasnodar attended kickboxing and MMA tournament “Tech Krep Prime Selection” which was held in the capital of Kuban in the Palace of Sports “Olymp” and presented the champion’s belt to one of fights winner.
— It is a big event for Krasnodar to host such a representative tournament which is participated by fighters from several regions of Russia and other countries. Once again it proves the fact that sport plays a prominent part and is successfully developing in our city. The sports you do harden spirit, require strength and endurance and surely such tournaments attract even more young people in sports halls and sports complexes, stadiums and sports grounds. Year by year the number of sports facilities is growing in Krasnodar, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
Totally in the framework of Prime Selection tournament there were 14 professional fights participated by athletes from Krasnodar as well. Besides that, spectators viewed two champions fights.
Three-time world champion, citizen of Krasnodar, member of professional fighting club “Kuznya” Danil Vinnik fought with world champion in Thai boxing among professionals Eugene Vorontsov from Nizhniy Novgorod for the Russian Champion K1 (kickboxing) title. The latter knocked Krasnodar’s fighter out in the fourth round.
Vladimir Evlanov stepped in the ring and awarded him with the champion’s belt.
