Krasnodar “CLAAS” company has got an independent annual award “Region” of “HR Brand 2013 Award” for successful working on reputation of the company as employer.
— By 2015 our collective will have been increased by 2-2,5 times. We have established a program “Your fruitful future” in order to provide our enterprise with skilled workers. The program is focused on students and young professionals and is currently functioning in Krasnodar and outside the city. Besides cooperation with the leading universities of Krasnodar Region, we work together with Don State Technical University, North Caucasus Federal University and Moscow State Agricultural University of V.P.Goryachkin. Additionally we have reached agreements with administrations of four secondary specialized colleges for training of welding production specialists, — LLC “CLAAS” Director General Ralf Bendish commented.
“CLAAS” company submitted to approval of expert jury a video clip about young professionals who come to work at the enterprise. They are students from Kuban State Technological University and Kuban State Agrarian University. This summer many of them will take part in graduate development program.
— We have decided to place our stake on training of our own specialists from among undergraduates and graduates of technological universities and secondary specialized colleges. To have those very specialists that we need, the company will join in with the coursework of students within an educational institution. We also relate school pupils to target audience because our project is meant for long-term prospects, — HR director Ella Detkova explained.
“HR Brand 2013 Award” is an independent annual award for the most successful work on reputation of the company as employer. This is the recognition of company’s success in business community, among experts, colleagues, customers and job seekers. Krasnodar company has come into nominee’s shortlist for the first time ever.
Musically performed project presentation was carried out during press conference at the territory of the plant. Also live standup from Germany whereby journalists had an opportunity to talk with students who is being in training at headquarters plant “CLAAS” was organized. Youngsters shared their impressions and talked about current projects with which they work. Besides that seven students from Kuban State Technological University were made formal invitation for work through graduate development program.
