This was told by Head of Krasnodar Vladimir Evlanov during a working meeting devoted to the development of the city planning policy in Krasnodar. Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev chaired the meeting.
— The project offers the creation a beach made from built-up pontoon frames with water-purification system. Water to this surface water body will be provided from two wells. We are still to solve one of essential questions – water exchange. The beach itself will be equipped with all necessary infrastructures for comfortable recreation, there will be sports and play grounds, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
The discussion was held in exhibition centre “Expograd Yug”. It was participated by Vice-Governors of Kuban, Chief architect of Krasnodar Region Yuri Rysin, Chief architect of Krasnodar Igor Mazurok, Deputy Heads of Krasnodar, CEOs of construction companies, architects, members of design institutes and community representatives.
Krasnodar’s Head stated that within closest time the project is planned to be considered with the company-investor management, then the initiative will be reviewed with the participation of a wide public. Over the longer term, according to Vladimir Evlanov’s opinion, it will be possible to arrange similar recreation zones in some places of Karasun ponds.
Kuban Governor asked Head of Krasnodar about details of this project, whereupon supported its implementation plan.
