During the personal meeting Kuban Governor congratulated the new Head of Krasnodar on his election and assumption the position and also pinpointed priorities for their joint operation on the development of the capital of Kuban.
— You take on a heavy burden. Krasnodar is the capital of our region. The city has its strong and weak points but the main thing is that you know Krasnodar, you’ve worked here. I guess you will quickly become fully acquainted with existing problems of the city, citizens and begin to solve them. Under your guidance the city should progress, become more beautiful, well-furnished and comfortable, — Veniamin Kondratiev said.
The meeting was held in Governor’s office. Head of Kuban administration also remarked that his and all the citizens of Krasnodar fundamental point is to increase the number of parks and garden squares, kindergartens and schools, polyclinics, sports grounds. Along with that, existing green areas should be preserved.
— In your work you should pay attention to the opinion of citizens and synchronize your plans. The first thing to do is to ask people whether they need what authorities offer them. You are required to prove that your words go along with your actions, — Veniamin Kondratiev said.
Additionally, Governor of Kuban emphasized the following important issues — creating favourable investment climate and continuing work on amendments to General plan of the city responding interests of regional center citizens.
In his turn Evgeny Pervyshov underlined that the major priority of his work is the authorities’ openness. In case if municipal authorities fail to explain the citizens one or another project, so that project will not be accepted.
Along with it Head of Krasnodar added that he has an important task to work out a plan of the city development for many years. The plan will include aspects of territorial planning as well as the other branches of city economy.
