XVII international exhibition of commercial real estate and investments EXPO REAL 2014 gathered more than 1600 exhibitioners. Exposition of Krasnodar takes an area of 48 square meters.
— Krasnodar presents its investment possibilities at this world’s largest exhibition ground. Every year EXPO REAL gathers world’s leaders in sphere of real estate, architecture and construction; it demonstrates latest trends and projects in the sphere. And of course for our city where all these directions are actively developing, the participation in such large-scale and representative forum opens up great prospects both in terms of attraction of investors and new business partners searching. During these two days of the exhibition working we have remarked that guests and forum participants express a strong interest in our city, — Deputy Head of Krasnodar, leader of delegation, Alexander Mikheev commented.
Exhibition EXPO REAL 2014 was opened on October 6 in a new exhibition centre of Munich “Neue Messe München” (New Munich Trade Fair Centre), which is recognized in top ten expo centres of the world. Totally 36 thousand participants from 68 countries have been registered in this year.
Krasnodar stand demonstrating investment potential of Kuban capital took 48 square meters within the central pavilion near to the stand of sister city Karlsruhe (Germany). Krasnodar is the only city of Krasnodar Region which participates in the forum.
Krasnodar exposition comprises presentation and talks areas. Among the projects displayed at Krasnodar stand there are several grounds for integrated residential development, information of which is demonstrated on interactive plasma panel. Model of Eastern Industrial Zone of Krasnodar is also presented here. Krasnodar continues looking for investors that are willing to dispose their plants in EIZ.
This year’s peculiarity of Kuban capital exposition is a multilingual robot that describes the presented projects of Krasnodar and communicates with the forum guests. In the magazine EXPO REAL Daily News organizers of the event called him “one of the most friendly and innovative stand-assistants that welcome guests in English, German and Russian with arms wide open and glowing friendliness in eyes.”
Within the framework of EXPO REAL 2014 Krasnodar delegation is engaged in roundtables, conferences and presentations. Alexander Mikheev conducted more than 30 business meetings and talks with representatives of European, American and Russian businesses during first two days of the forum work.
Particularly, there was a meeting with asset and development managing director of hotel chain AZIMUT Hotels Roman Linin. This is one of the largest international hotel chains which includes 22 hotels in 19 cities of Russia and Europe with a total capacity of more than 9100 rooms.
As according to Roman Linin, AZIMUT Hotels takes an interest in opening of their hotel in Krasnodar. During the meeting they discussed some options including possible cooperation with the companies that, in the course of International Investment Forum Sochi-2014, have already concluded agreements of intent of hotels construction in Krasnodar.
Krasnodar delegation also reached an agreement with Assael Company on holding of joint architecture conference in Krasnodar and possible participation of the company in implementation of projects at the territory of the city. Assael is the leading architecture company of London that implements projects all around the world including Russia.
Krasnodar representatives and company NAI Becar, the Russian division of world’s leader of commercial real estate NAI Global, discussed joint work on attraction of investors for implementation of projects related to major residential housing construction and placing plants at the territory of Eastern Industrial Zone.
Today EXPO REAL 2014 completes its work.
EXPO REAL is held annually in Munich in October since 1998. The exhibition covers a broad range of areas, among them — advisory services, intermediation in real estate operations, project development in sphere of real estate, corporate real estate management, investments in real estate, facility management services, architecture planning etc.
All major centers, enterprises and partners of European real estate industry are represented at this international exhibition. This working exhibition is aimed to set contacts between supply & demand in sphere of commercial real estate.
