The department of economic development, investments and external affairs of Kuban capital administration prepared a report on the main results of social and economic development of Krasnodar in the past year.
— Throughout the year 2014 Krasnodar's economy showed a stable positive dynamics in all macroeconomic indicators of socioeconomic development. The volume of shipped goods by large and medium-sized industrial enterprises has grown compared to 2013. The biggest increase was marked in food production, wood processing, production of petroleum products, chemical production, — one in the department of economic development, investments and external affairs commented.
As on 1 January 2015, 1719,3 ths sq. m. of housing have been commissioned at the territory of Krasnodar, including 1367,6 ths sq. m. of apartment houses and 351,7 ths sq. m. of single-family houses. The target of 2014 for commissioning of housing in a volume of 1200 ths sq. m. has been performed by 143,3 percent.
In 2014 large and medium-sized agricultural enterprises produced and shipped the volume of goods amounting to 3077,4 million roubles which exceeds the same indicator of 2013 by 148,3 million roubles, or by 5,1 percent.
Consumer’s market of the city is characterized by growth of retailment turnover in comparable prices by 7,8 percent against the level of 2013 (as on 01.01.2015 the retailment turnover was 144,4 million roubles).
In comparison with 2013, the share of marketed services rendered in Krasnodar in 2014 has increased by 6,8 billion roubles, or 4,3 percent in comparable prices, and exceeded 65 billion roubles. The volume of services rendered by large and medium-sized companies in transport sector made 138,2 billion roubles that in current prices is by 1,6 times higher than in 2013. The volume of communication services reached 39,1 billion roubles, the growth rate is 107,1 percent.
In January-November 2014 the indicator of profits of large and medium-sized enterprises of the city was 80,1 billion roubles which is higher than the level of the same period in the last year by 10,9 billion roubles, or by 15,8 percent.
As on 1 January the average monthly salary at large and medium-sized enterprises of Krasnodar was 36 347 roubles, having increased in nominal terms by 9,3 percent, in real terms by 0,4 percent in comparison with January-November 2013.
According to the territorial body of Federal State Statistics Service, there were no past-due wage arrears as on 1 January 2015 in Krasnodar Region.
The level of registered unemployment in the beginning of this year was 0,2 percent, that corresponds to the indicator of the last year.
