Today a completed section of driveway from Tikhoretsk ring to General Troshev Street in Vostochno-Kruglikovskiy microdistrict was estimated by First Deputy Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev together with FC Krasnodar representative engaged in implementation this construction project. The road section will be soon opened to drive through.
— The construction of a new road is an important step in creation infrastructure in this fast-developing microdistrict and around new stadium. This facilitates access to the sport venue and new residential estates which are quickly growing in this part of the city. This project is a prime example of public private partnership. Regional and municipal administrations financed the road designing while the construction itself was made at the expense of large business, — Alexander Mikheev said.
1350 meters long and 7 meters width new two lane road goes from Tikhoretsk ring and connects Vostochno-Kruglikovskaya Street and General Troshev Street. New road provides an access to new stadium parking, Vostochno-Kruglikovskiy housing estate and Plodorodnyy hamlet. Road-users will be able to get those areas without going through intersection of Shkolnaya and Vostochno-Kruglikovskaya streets where traffic is often congested.
The road construction continued for three months. Alexander Mikheev and FC Krasnodar representative Peter Kutsenko cut the symbolic red ribbon stretched across the road, walked along new driveway and estimated roadbed and existing landscaping.
— The work was done within the plan of infrastructure creating around new FC Krasnodar stadium. This driveway is an alternate of Tikhoretskaya Street and fulfills some important functions. First of all, our football team supporters will be able to reach the stadium parking without going through already existing congested roads. It is also important that over 20 thousand residents of Vostochno-Kruglikovskiy microdistrict and Plodorodnyy hamlet will be provided with new well-designed road unclogging transport nodes, — Peter Kutsenko said.
Within the framework of the project together with roadbed laying the works on arranging pavements and street lighting system were carried out. The road will be lighted with up-to-date energy-efficient lamps. Besides that, road builders accomplished improvement of the adjoining territory: cut bushes and cleaned up oak wood located along the road. In autumn, as soon as the weather conditions permit, investor intends to fulfill additional landscaping: in the territory with the length of 400 meters other 270 decorative bushes will be planted.
During the meeting they also discussed the next stage of infrastructural development around the stadium. In particular, football club Krasnodar will thereafter begin the reconditioning of General Troshev Street within the limits of Razvedchik Leonov and Zhloba streets.
