Krasnodar (Yekaterinodar) is only 220 years. By the standards of the Russian history the city is not an old one. An American would say, "Oh! America is virtually the same age with your city."
Two century history of the city comprised lives of many people generations of different nationalities and religions who have passed through this land.
Today, our city still retains the spirit of the old (Yekaterinodar, Krasnodar). This is reflected in the architecture and lifestyle of its citizens.
However, the city is alive and changing. There are new buildings, streets and avenues that become new tourist attractions. An appearance of its inhabitants has changed.
