He is a member of the "UNITED RUSSIA" party.

He was born on October 14, 1972, graduated from Krasnodar School №27.

After graduation he mastered several professions, worked as a laboratory assistant in the Department of Electrical Engineering in Krasnodar Polytechnic Institute, entered and graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kuban State Technological University.

For more than 10 years was an assistant to a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory.

He set up his own business in 1994, and has been working for that ever since.

He got PhD. in Economics in 2003, has published several scientific articles on the economic security of Russia.

From 2001 to 2003, he studied at the North Caucasus Academy of Public Administration under the President of Russia.

He was elected deputy of the City Duma of the fifth convocation from the Gagarinskiy single-mandate electoral district №31 in 2010, was a member of the Duma committee on property, privatization, land development, investment policy, urban planning and architecture.

Currently, he is a deputy of the Duma of Krasnodar, chairman of the committee on local government.

He has three children.
