— Kuban State University of Physical Education, Sport and Tourism, Department of Physical Education and Sports;

— Northwest Academy of State Service, Department of State and Municipal Management.

In 1988 he founded the sports club «Samson». At present, he is the Director of MUE Physical Training and Sports Club «Samson», President of Krasnodar Regional Bodybuilding Federation «Samson», Vice-President of the Russian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness for the Southern Federal District.

He holds the titles:

— «Honoured Coach of Russia»;

— «Honoured Worker of Physical Culture and Sport of Kuban».

He was awarded the Badge of Honour «For Services in Development of Physical Culture and Sport» by the Russian State Committee for Sports, as well as the Commemorative Medal «For Services» of the Municipality of Krasnodar.

He was elected deputy of the City Duma of Krasnodar of the fourth and fifth convocations in the Babushkinsky single-mandate constituency № 4. He is a current deputy of the Krasnodar City Duma of the sixth convocation, a member of the Committee on Education, Culture, Family and Childhood Issues. He is a member of the political party «United Russia».
