Education:

• In 2005 finished secondary school № 50 in the city of Krasnodar.
• In 2009 graduated with honours from Krasnodar Music and Pedagogical College, specializing as a teacher of theatrical disciplines and head of a theatre group.
• In 2015 he graduated from the Maikop State Technological University with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
• In 2016 took professional retraining at the International Independent Academy under the additional professional retraining program «Occupational health and safety», qualification «Specialist in occupational safety and health».

Labour activity:

He began his career in September 2009 in the municipal institution of additional education for children Center for Children’s Creativity «Sodruzhestvo» as a teacher of additional education.

In May 2011 he was appointed Artistic Director, Acting Director of the municipal budgetary institution of the city of Krasnodar «City House of Culture № 1 of the Central Intercity District of Krasnodar».

Since September 2013 up to the present time he has been appointed Director of the municipal budgetary cultural institution of Krasnodar «Village House of Culture of Starokorsunskaya», from 29.10.2020 the institution was reorganized into the municipal budgetary cultural institution «Karasunsky Cultural Development Centre».

Social and political activities:

Since 2013 he has been a member of the all-russian political party «United Russia», secretary of the primary branch № 21–60.

Since 2018 he has been heading the board of directors of cultural and leisure institutions in Krasnodar.

In 2019 he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Public Council of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Krasnodar

For his contribution to the development of culture was included in the «Golden Book of Culture of the city of Krasnodar» in 2013, 2018 and 2019.

He has a «Commendation Letter» from the Minister of Culture of Krasnodar Region and a «Certificate of Merit» from the Ministry of Culture of Krasnodar Region.
In 2019, was awarded a letter of thanks of the standing committee of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Region for many years of conscientious work, active participation in public life of the Kuban, patriotic, spiritual, and moral education of the younger generation, development of children’s art, as well as Cossack culture in the Krasnodar Territory.

He has letters of commendation and certificates of merits from the Mayor of Krasnodar and the City Duma.
