Maksim V. Onishchenko

He was born on April 19, 1988 in Stavropol, Russia.

In 2010 he graduated from the Department of Management and Psychology of Kuban State University. In 2011 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kuban State Agrarian University. He finished postgraduate study in political science.

He currently lives in the city of Krasnodar. Place of employment: JSC “Garbage Collecting Company” (the Director of Development).

He began his career in commercial structures, later worked in city administration of Krasnodar, passed the way from leading specialist to the deputy director of department of municipal economy. He was commended by the Head of Administration (Governor) of the Krasnodar Territory for his achievements in work in 2012, received a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation in 2014, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Head of Administration (Governor) of Krasnodar Territory in 2016, received a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation in 2016. He is the organizer of the volunteer centre for large families, the elderly and low-income citizens.

Marital status: married, has a son.
