Place of birth: Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Primary place of employment: Krasnodar City Duma, chairman of the committee on property, privatization and land management.
Education:
From 1999 to 2009 studied at the secondary school № 93 in Krasnodar.
In 2014 he graduated with honours from the Kuban State Agrarian University with a degree in law.
After graduation he was drafted into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He is a sergeant in the reserve.
Professional career:
From 2011 to 2013 he was a lawyer in the regional branch of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Russia.
In 2015 served as Deputy Director of Legal Affairs at StroyTechExpert Limited Liability Company.
In 2016, he was a legal advisor at Home Centre LLC.
From 2017 to 2019, he was Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs at Parks, Investment, Tourism Municipal Unitary Enterprise.
From 2019 to 2020 he was the Director of the Municipal Budget Institution «Olympus Sports Palace» of Krasnodar Municipality
Deputy activity:
Chairman of the Krasnodar City Duma VII committee on property, privatization, land management.
Since 2016 he has been the chairman of the Krasnodar Territory Council of Young Deputies Committee on Property and Land Relations.
He was awarded a certificate of merit by the Mayor of Krasnodar and the chairman of the Krasnodar City Duma, as well as a commendation from the chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory.
Married, has a daughter.
