She was born on June 7, 1953 in Krasnodar.

In 1970 she graduated from school № 33, in 1985 she graduated from Correspondence Institute of Soviet Trade. Since 1973, she has lived in the Karasunsky District, the last 10 years in the Pashkovskiy settlement.

In 1985 she was appointed Director of cafe «Rus», which was the base for a School Food-bar of Karasunsky District, located in the micro-district
of Gidrostroiteley, where she has been working up to the present time.

Since 2004, she has been a member of the United Russia party, in 2011 she was elected to the Local Political Council of Krasnodar local branch of the all-russian political party «United Russia».

In 2013 she was elected to the Krasnodar City Duma.

She has a grown-up daughter and two grandchildren.

In 2015 she was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and a commemorative Medal of Merit.
