She was born on May 28, 1959 in Gorlovka, Donetsk region in a family of workers.

Education: higher education. In 1984 she graduated from Krasnodar Polytechnic Institute.


Since 1976 she has lived and worked in Krasnodar, passed the way from a simple worker to the head.
Since 1977 she worked at the Krasnodar worsted-wool and cloth mill as a controller.

From 1985 to 2005 she held senior positions in the municipal and regional housing and communal enterprises.

From 2005 to the present time she has been the General Director of LLC «City Management Company — Krasnodar».

For her work in the system of housing and communal services, she has received regional and federal awards. In 2004 she was awarded the title «Honoured Worker of Housing and Communal Services of Kuban». In 2011, she was awarded the «Golden Capital of Russia — 2011» award in the category «Best Head of Housing and Utilities Enterprise — 2011». In 2013 she was awarded the badge «Honorary Worker of the Housing and Utilities Sector of Russia». In the same year she won the regional competition Woman Manager of the Year.

In 2017, she was awarded the Medal of Merit. In 2019, she was awarded the medal «For Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Kuban», 1st degree.

She was elected in single-mandate constituency No. 20.
