She graduated from Kuban State University, specializing in philology, teacher. She has more than 45 years of experience.
Since April 2008 — worked in Krasnodar local branch of the party «UNITED RUSSIA». Currently she is the executive secretary of the Krasnodar local party branch «UNITED RUSSIA».
She has been repeatedly encouraged by certificates of honour and letters of gratitude for her achievements in labour activities and many years of diligent service from the administration of the Krasnodar municipal formation.
In 2015 she was awarded the honorary title of Labour Veteran.
In 2017, by decision of the Krasnodar City Duma she was awarded the commemorative medal of the Krasnodar City Municipality «For Merits».
In 2018, Galina Vladimirovna Glushchenko was awarded a commendation from the head of the administration (governor) of the Krasnodar region for her long, diligent work and significant contribution to the development of the public and political sphere of the municipal entity Krasnodar City.
