He was born on January 8, 1971 in the city of Poti in the Georgian SSR.

From 1977 to 1988, he studied at secondary school № 8 in Poti.

In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Management of Kuban State University with a degree in Psychology. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Russian Academy of Justice in 2014.

From 1989 to 1990 he was an apprentice of the Poti Shipyard.

From 1992 to 2006 he was the director of the small enterprise "BMW" (Krasnodar).

Since 2006 till present time he is the General Director of Globus Ltd.

He is a member of the Party "UNITED RUSSIA" since December 24, 2009.

In March 2010 he was first elected to the Council of the Municipality of Dinskoy District. He was nominated by electoral association “Dinskoy local party branch “UNITED RUSSIA””.

Since May, 17th, 2011 he is the deputy Secretary of the local party department Dinskoy "UNITED RUSSIA" on propaganda work.

He has a son.
