Enterprise Internship Program in Krasnodar

2018 was the year when the special project for Russian-speaking students from Krasnodar’s sister- and partner cities was launched. It allows young people to undergo an internship in one of the foreign-owned companies located in Krasnodar City. The application procedure is carried out annually in February-March by the city administration of Krasnodar. One-month long internships begin usually in August.

The project is implemented in collaboration with the Kuban State University, the Association of European Businesses (Southern Regional Committee) as well as the Federal Migration Service.

This involves not only the internship itself, but also other activities:
1. Official reception by the Mayor of Krasnodar City including the project coordinators and the companies’ management.
2. Meeting with administrators and students of the Kuban State University.
3. Weekend entertainment activities (e.g. cultural events, excursions, day trips).

Eight interns from Karlsruhe (Germany), Nancy (France), Harbin (China) and Nottingham (UK) have already taken advantage of this opportunity. Such companies as CLAAS, Knauf Gips, Cargill, Bonduelle-Kuban and Nestle Kuban agreed to host young professionals with a good grace.
