Elena Y.Malova

Elena Y.Malova was born on 31 May 1970 in Krasnodar, in a family of employees.

1987 — after graduating from secondary school № 23 of Krasnodar, entered the Krasnodar Pedagogical College № 3. After graduation received a specialty as a primary school teacher.

1989 — began her career as a teacher of the after-school group, teacher of primary classes in secondary school No. 33 of Krasnodar.

1998 — graduated from the Armavir State Pedagogical Institute, specializing in «Pedagogy and Methodology of Elementary Education»

2008 — graduated from the Kuban Socio-Economic Institute, specializing in «Jurisprudence».

1998 — 2003 — worked in the Centre for Children’s Creativity in the Central District of Krasnodar as deputy director for educational work.

2003 — 2005 — leading specialist in organizational department of the city administration of Krasnodar Central District

2005 — 2009 — head of the sector, deputy chief of the department, chief of department of small and medium-sized businesses support of Krasnodar region.

April — November 2009 — deputy chief of the department of sanatorium-resort complex and ecology of the city administration of Anapa.

2009 — 2011 — headed the department of financial and economic expertise and implementation of anti-crisis programs of the department of small and medium enterprises development of Krasnodar Region

November 2011 — Deputy Head of the Administration of the Central District of Krasnodar.

March 2015 — First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Central District of Krasnodar.

July 2016 — Head of Administration of the Central District of Krasnodar.

Elena Y.Malova holds the rank of State Civil Service of the Krasnodar Region «State Advisor of the Krasnodar Region of the 2nd Class» and the rank of Municipal Service «Active Municipal Advisor of the 3rd Class». Recipient of a Certificate of Merits from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

Marital status: married, has two sons.
