Alexander V.Narizhniy

Alexander v. Narizhniy was born on April 22, 1980 in Maikop.

2004 — graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kuban State University.

2012 — received his second degree from the Southern Institute of Management. Later he got his PhD (the thesis on the use of special knowledge in the detection and investigation of crimes in the field of computer information and high technology).

Alexander v. Narizhniy started his career in 2005. He had been working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Krasnodar Region from 2005 to 2011 and in the Main Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnodar Region from 2011 to 2017.

July 2017 — First Deputy Head of Krasnodar’s Western Intercity District.

Deputies supported Mr. Narizhny’s candidacy, submitted by Mayor Evgeny Pervyshov, for the position of Director of the Department of Municipal Property and Urban Lands at the 49th meeting of the City Duma on 20 February 2018.

2018 — was awarded the medal «For Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Kuban» of the third degree.
