Irina A.Kosinkova

Irina A.Kosinkova was born on 2 May 1967 in the village of Uspenskaya, Beloglinsky District, Krasnodar Territory.

1985 — graduated from the Krasnodar Technical College of Soviet Trade specializing as a food products merchant.

1992 — graduated from Moscow Institute of Commerce. Candidate of Technical Sciences (2008).

2014 — graduated from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics with a Master’s degree in State and Municipal Management.

Irina A.Kosinkova began her career in trade in 1985 as a senior salesperson at Moskhlebtorg.

1991 — worked in various executive positions in commercial structures.

1994 — worked at the body regulating trade of the city administration of Krasnodar as chief specialist, then as deputy director of the department.

2005 — chief of the department of trade and consumer services of the city administration of Krasnodar

Irina A.Kosinkova has been an advisor to the head of the regional centre.

May 2020 — chief of the department of social affairs.

2006 — was awarded the Certificate of Merits of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for her contribution to the development of trade and consumer services in Krasnodar.

Irina A.Kosinkova was transferred to Sochi as Head of Trade Department during the preparation of the trading network for the Winter Olympics

17.03.2014 — was awarded the Distinction Badge «For Irreproachable Service to the City of Sochi».

Irina A.Kosinkova was awarded a Certificate of Merits from the Russian Government for her significant contribution to the preparation and staging of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi.
